This tool does an incredible job of straightening tubing but is not cheap. It is super simple to use and is built very well and small enough to keep in your toolbox. The end of the copper tube had a small kink in it about an inch from the end. It kept getting hung up part way through the straightener. Once I cut that section off I reinserted the tube and pulled it through, it worked like a charm. Simple and reliable I use it for automotive lines and I just ran a copper water line for my neighbor’s refrigerator. It beats having a wavy bend across the basement joists.
